Today is day 10 of Phatabulous Magazine 28 Days of SELF LOVE Challenge!

Today if you don't already have something that you're doing to love yourself best you can do a physical cleansing inside your body by drinking water with an orange, a kiwi with a cucumber and some mint leaves add a spoon of organic raw honey into a gallon of water and drink this only for the entire day.

You can do a physical body cleansing by using a lemon or vinegar you simply take a whole lemon cut it in half the long way and wipe your own body down after you have cleaned yourself with your regular soap.  The vinegar would be a cap full in a bowl of water 8/16 oz. depending on how strong you want it.
