6 Reasons To Love Your Body

You only get one! Love your body no matter what.  Even if it's not in the condition you want it to be in you still have to love your body! You have to love you right where you're at.  

 I have to love me no matter what.  It all begins and ends with how I feel about me.  If I love me now I will always love me.  

Everything you put into your body contributes or takes away from your health.  But it's not all about food.  It's about how you treat your body as well.  Are you getting enough sleep? What about your physical health? Make some plans and commitments to your body today because you only get one. Health is wealth.
